A visit from Peter Kemp, who is writing a history of Computer Science education led to the discovery of two early documents from the sixties and from the eighties.

Peter Kemp from Kings College London is researching the history of Computer Science Education in the UK and is writing a book about it. On visiting the archive, he found two important documents: the first newsletter from the Computers in Education Group of the BCS from 1966 and Her Majesty's Inspectorate's evaluation of the Microelectronics Education Programme from 1987. It wasn't easy getting the right boxes out of the shipping container, but persistence won!
