DTI provides further funding for IT equipment - £3.5m. LEAs were asked to use the money for further microcomputers, only Acorn (BBC) Apricot, IBM and RM PCs were eligible, disk drives, printers, mice, monitors, teletext adaptors, turtles (from Valiant, or Jessup), technology platforms from Economatics or EFM. Inner London Education Authority received just under £92K

More recently, since 2011, Doreen Wright, Nick Rushby, Chris Monk and Joy Hooper have been helping catalogue the materials and develop policies.
