Ultralab web site terms of use and disclaimer.

Introduction
Welcome to Ultralab, which owns and runs the web site.  We want the Ultralab site to be a fascinating online collaborative venture for all Ultralab members. For this, we need members to be responsible and accountable for their actions. Please review the following terms and conditions concerning your use of the Ultralab site. We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by posting the revised Terms of Use on the Ultralab site. By using the Ultralab site you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use and any revisions we may make to these Terms of Use.

Permission to show your work on the Ultralab site – Ultralab is a place where people interact and often share their work. To make Ultralab a great place for all members to share we have to be able to post the work you do.
Ultralab does not claim ownership of content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Ultralab site (“Content”). Ultralab may use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) on the Ultralab site, solely for the purpose for which such Content was submitted or made available. This condition exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the Ultralab site and will terminate at the time you remove or Ultralab removes such content from the Ultralab site.

Integrity – You cannot create or transmit any Content that is false or misleading.

Offensive material – You cannot create or transmit any Content that is obscene or offensive.

Intellectual Property – You cannot create or transmit any Content that violates another's intellectual property rights. You need to be especially careful about copying someone else’s work without their permission since this could infringe that person’s copyright.

No Spam – You cannot send unsolicited messages that might constitute ‘spam’ or ‘junk mail’.

Audience – Remember that the Content you create or transmit, may be viewed by all other members of the Ultralab site.  Published Content is visible to a worldwide audience.  While Ultralab is under no obligation to review Content on the Ultralab site or monitor the Ultralab site,
we may do so if we think it is appropriate.

Content Can Be Removed or Changed – You agree that Ultralab may decide at any time to: (a) remove Content, information or material from the Ultralab site; or (b) make changes to or discontinue any and all aspects of the Ultralab site. If you have any questions about any Content that is removed or flagged for potential removal, please contact Ultralab.

Protect Your Password – You need a password to use the Ultralab site, and you are responsible for the confidentiality of your password. If you lose your password, or have any other concerns, please contact Ultralab.

Protect Your Information - As a member of the Ultralab site, you should be very careful about sharing personal information. For example, you may wish to protect your email address to prevent spam.

Account Termination – Ultralab can cancel your site account at any time. If you want to cancel your account, please contact Ultralab.

Inform Ultralab - If you see, hear or become aware of something that you think is inappropriate, tell Ultralab immediately. The Ultralab site team will determine with you how to handle the situation.

You are responsible for what you do on the Ultralab site and you should be aware that Ultralab is not responsible for your use of the site. Make sure to read the following terms and conditions.
