It presents a case study of an online, short-life successful community within one of those innovations, the NCSL. It shows how a group of headteachers from a wide geography and all sectors came together in an online community to support and learn from each other. It attempts to answer key questions about the success of that community and suggests learning for target groups can move away from the existing core medium in Higher Education, the lecture.
